Hi,
I visited coloradoartservices.com and taken a look at your website source code.
It does not seem to be WordPress. The standard login url coloradoartservices.com/wp-login.php or http://www.coloradoartservices.com/wp-login.php does not lead to a WordPress login page.
The website is not using Evolve+ theme or the free version Evolve theme.

Hi,
With reference to the following demo page.
http://demo.theme4press.com/alora/creative/
There are some full width containers with parallax background.
The shortcode for full width container is found in your WordPress admin -> Add/Edit Page -> content editor Click on the theme4press shortcode button found on the content editor.
Please see screenshot, it’s the button with a number 4 on it. http://prntscr.com/7a9w0l
It will pop up and you can select the full width container shortcode and follow through the instructions.
Please see screenshot http://prntscr.com/7a9wbz
You can add text content or shortcodes.
Use the blank page template for a full width effect.
I am sorry, that’s all the information we can provide. We do not provide customization design service.
Thanks!
Denzel
Hi,
I tried on my localhost. It works properly for me.
the following is what I had done.
Step 1
Theme Options -> Header -> Select a Header Layout
Select the fourth layout.
Please see screenshot. http://prntscr.com/7a9m1c
Step 2
Theme Options -> Header -> Header Content Area For Header #4
Select Tagline.
Please see screenshot. http://prntscr.com/7a9pth
Step 3
Theme Options -> Header -> Header Tagline
Enter a new Header Tagline, For this example, I written.. “Hey, I am a Tag Line!”
Please see screenshot. http://prntscr.com/7a9mg5
Step 4
Click the Save All Changes button and View the result on site.
Please see screenshot. http://prntscr.com/7a9mxd
To test out your issue, I did another Click on Save All Changes button.
Nothing missing. The header layout and the tagline remains the same.

Sorry to interrupt.
I assume the following screenshot is what you want to achieve.

.footer .widget-title{
color: #ff9900 !important;
}
