    Hi,

Yes, you need to ask your “Super Admin” to install theme4press core plugin and allow you to activate it.
You should also be using the Visual editor.

    Thank you

    Hi,

    wpml-config.xml is for string translations.

You can use the theme4press slider which is built using custom post type.
You can create one slider for each language.

    Thank you.

    Hi,

    Sorry for this late reply.
I thought Daniel is following up, since he asked for your login details!

I had taken a look at your screen-shot.
It’s showing the text editor, the theme4press button is on the Visual editor.

You need to enable the visual editor.

    Hi,

Sorry, my employer did not provide an ETA.

It’s not possible to upload portfolio templates and make it work, there is portfolio options in the Theme Options panel as well some post metas.

Sorry for causing all these inconveniences.

    Thank you.

    Hi,

You are probably using quite an old version of Evolve Plus theme.
Yes, you need to update in order to have the portfolio options.

But Please wait for next theme version before you do the update.
Current version 2.6.6 has some bugs, such as woocommerce checkout button issue, google maps api key issue… etc

    Thank you
