    Shortcodes for columns and buttons seem to work okay after update to WP 4.5. Shortcode for recent posts no longer shows featured images but otherwise works okay. Contact page appears to be working. Blog page has lost grid and featured images.

    This may be too late to be of help to Jackie, but I found that by adding “mailto:” to the email address in the person shortcode, the email icon will open in the default email program without opening a blank tab/window.

    Thank you for the response. The issue seems to have had something to do with either the use of a sub-directory or the htaccess security on that sub-directory during development. Either way, now that the site is live and htaccess security removed, I have favicon support across browsers.
