I apologize. I now see that there is an option to remove the page title in the bottom area entitled “Page Options”. Not sure why I could not see this before. Thank you for your help.

Thank you, Evgeny, but my question involved pages, not blog posts. Is there a way to remove the H1 title from pages?

WordPress 5.6 – Please read this
I wanted to tell you of the problems I am having with WordPress 5.6 for your records:
I can no longer move menu items up or down in the menu function – all menu items are stuck
The customize function no longer works so I cannot modify the theme in any manner
I am sure that I will find more problems but these are severe enough to cause me big headaches
