    No, it was not the first time. But, although this might stay a mystery, I’m happy that everything works fine again. And for the future I’ve put a note next to my computer that says: Clear your cache at least five times! 🙂

    Okay, that’s strange. Now I have cleared my cache for the fifth time today and now all of a sudden the plugin is working fine. How can it be that it takes several clearings to eliminate the error in Chrome?

    With Firefox it’s working fine. What can be the problem with Chrome then?

    I habe deleted my cookies and updated the plugin, but evertime I click on Live editor or edit page I get this in the middle of my content:

    [siteorigin_widget class=”Jetpack_Subscriptions_Widget”][/siteorigin_widget]
    [siteorigin_widget class=”WP_Widget_Recent_Posts”][/siteorigin_widget]

    The live editor isn’t working and page builder does not show up.

    Now that I upgraded to 2.9.9.8 some custom siebars stayed as they were supposed to, but two still were disrupted und I had to fix them by taking their widgets out of the default sidebar, where they magically went to while upgrading …
