    for the bullets try this https://wordpress.org/support/topic/bullet-lists-in-single-posts/. For the second issue, please provide what code do you use?

    I updated the strings by clicking the Sync button http://prntscr.com/n0ok9c . Then you will see the strings which you need to translate.
