    Hello Jeff,

    The update system is disabled at this moment as it caused more performance issues with our server. Current theme version of evolve is 2.9alpha based on Kirki framework. Version 2.8.3 is the latest stable version based on the Redux framework.

    Hi Françoise,

    that is actually Theme4Press Slider. Would you mind to backup your current theme version and try the version based on Kirki available in your account? It has much better slider performance. Let me know.
