    Hi,

    I can login to your website.
    You are using Evolve Plus 2.6.8 which is the latest available version.
    I cannot see any Fatal Error.

    Please tell me how to replicate this issue.

    Hi,

    There is difference in css code between those two pages.
    I do not know the cause of the issue.
    I already mention that another customer had experienced this issue and I had already reported it to our developer. You can wait for a fix in the next theme update or allow me to try and use custom css to fix it for you.

    Hi,

    The button field has to be able to parse shortcode, which means it has to be able to convert shortcode into HTML. This will require editing theme codes, which is not covered in our support.

    Hi,

    Your image is too long to be fitted properly in mobile.

    Please create another header image which is suitable to be used in mobile header and upload to your website.

    Provide me the URL of your newly created mobile header image.
    I will try to use Custom CSS to apply it as mobile header background image using @media query.

    I will need to login to your website to try out the custom css code.

    I do not know what’s the solution provided by our developer.

    I think it could be a css issue.
    Please try using the following in Theme Options -> Custom CSS

    .page-template-portfolio-two-column-php .portfolio-item {
    height: auto !important;
    width: 49% !important;
    }

    Hi,

    I cannot find the custom css in your source code.
    You are using cloudflare, please clear it’s cache content, so as to allow updated content to load on your front end.

    The following custom css will change the menu item color of your “child” menu items.

    ul.nav-menu li ul li a {
    color: #fff000 !important;
    }

    You can change #fff000 to your required color hex code.
