    Hi,

    Very sorry. I do not have confirm date of update release.
    The theme author did not give me a confirm date.

    Sorry, I do not know what is causing this issue, that’s why I reported it to the Theme author. If I knew the problem, I would have gladly fix it for you.

    Sorry to keep you waiting. There are many things beyond my control.

    Best Regards,
    Denzel

    Hi,

    You are using a very old version of evolve free theme.
    You need to update to latest version, then do your exporting of Theme Options.
    Latest Plus and free versions uses reduxframework as the Theme Options.

    May I know where is this ‘query_args’ setting?

    Thanks!

    Hi,

    Please try using the following codes in your Theme Options -> Custom CSS

    .sub-menu {
    position: relative;
    top: 45px !important;
    }

    Thanks!

    Hi,

    Please edit your layerslider, I am sure there is an option to set it full width.
    I had seen it before, but cannot remember exactly where.

    You layer slider generated css is setting it’s max-width to 940, not 100%.

    Please refer to documentation. http://support.kreaturamedia.com/docs/layersliderwp/documentation.html#overview

    Thanks!

    Hi,

    You have a cache plugin. WP Super Cache.
    You need to clear the cache content from the plugin settings.
    Clear your browser cache and server cache if there is any.

    Thanks!

    Hi,

    Sorry, we do not have any issue with images.

    Please try disabling one plugin at a time to find any conflicting plugin.

    Thanks!

    Hi,

    Which page do you want to remove the slider arrows?
    I need to see the page and get it’s ID from the HTML source code.
    Please post me the url to your page.

    Thanks!
