    Hello. We do see the problem. You have some tags in the code, which shouldn’t be there. They break the HTML. Here: https://prnt.sc/1um3pup If you know how to remove them, please do and the problem will go away. If you need our help, please send access to the admin area and FTP of this website and we will take care of it.

    Thanks. A new update should have been out already, but we are still working on some aspects of it. Will be out soon. It will be a maintenance update, feature update will come out later.

    When I was looking at your admin area, I’ve seen someone’s shortcode and it threw me off track because I was in a hurry. Anyway, yes – the contact form you are using IS part of the theme, but the template premium IS TRANSLATED and shouldn’t be adapted manually. I was right in the middle of working on it when you’ve cut off my access credentials. If you adapted it manually, please bear in mind that your changes will be rewritten after the next update.     Hi. Sorry, it took a bit longer than I thought – we had to regenerate the language files from scratch. Have a look, it’s done.

    Since you are able to post on the forum, the support upgrade is active. It has nothing to do with the ability to update the theme, though – you have lifetime updates, just the support is limited and can be extended for a fee.

    Hello. First, you are not using Evolve Plus, you are using Evolve on this website. Just FYI. Second, we do not have a specific setting for figcaption tag. You can set it with CSS if you wish. Go to the dashboard, Customize, Additional CSS. There write the following:
    figcaption {
    font-size: 70%;
    }
    And publish.
    You can adjust the percentage to any value you’d like. Do let me know if there is anything else I can do for you.

    As you can see here: https://prnt.sc/1qli05m Our theme has the necessary translations. Please check if your lang folder is intact (themes/evolve-plus/languages/) and it holds the necessary file de_DE.mo
