    Hi. this isn’t an issue, which needs fixing. This is how WordPress works. There is a good solution right here: https://www.competethemes.com/blog/wordpress-menu-item-unclickable/ You can follow the tutorial to get the desired result.

    I’m not sure I understand what you mean. Generally, the answer is no – menu isn’t part of the menu. But maybe I do not quite understand what you mean. Could you explain some more? I would love to assist, if possible.

So obviously there are ways to contact, apart from the support forum, there is a contact form. According to terms, refunds are only available if there is a technical problem with the theme (https://theme4press.com/terms-conditions/), so in this case, no refund is due. So please, do let us know what can we help you with. Emails ARE being sent upon purchase, maybe yours landed in your spam folder. And if you require an invoice, you can always send an email to [email protected] with the name and address of the company we should make an invoice to, and we will gladly issue an invoice.
