    Hi,

    Please go to Theme Options -> Extra -> Enable Animate.css plugin support
    and uncheck this option. Save your changes.
    Clear your iPad browser cache and re-visit your page.

    This animation script on buttons does not work properly in iPad.

    Please take a look at our demo page. http://demo.theme4press.com/evolve/shop/

    It is different from yours.

    Any plugin that has it’s own css files can result in conflict with the theme’s css

    Many of your plugins loads it’s own css file. Especially, your page builder plugin which is not tested with our theme.

    Other than those plugins recommended or included with the theme, Please disable one plugin at a time to find out which plugin is conflicting with the theme.

    Hi,

    You must have enabled the wrong theme. Technically, Evolve and Evolve Plus are two different themes. Please check that you have enabled Evolve Plus Theme.

    In Evolve Plus theme, there is no padlocked Theme Option settings.
