Hi,
Sorry to keep you waiting. I visited your site. http://test.bbblack.com/
This is what I have seen. http://prntscr.com/81ex4f
You already have a centered footer. I see that the text you entered are in a text widget and two different rows, they are not wrapped.
May I know if you still need help for this issue?
Thanks!
Hi,
I am not sure what you mean by having a navigation menu with less height.
Are you referring to reducing the existing height of the navigation menu bar?
If yes, Please post your website url here, we may be able to provide you with a set of Custom CSS code to do that.
Thanks!
Hi,
Please kindly elaborate what you mean by plugin not working.
You cannot install it?
or, You click on the Theme4Press core plugin shortcode creator button and there is no pop up?
or, You created and inserted a shortcode and it’s not working on front end?
Please advise.
Thanks!
Hi,
I just tested it out, it’s working. The following is the shortcode I am using
Please see screenshots.

There could be plugin conflict. Please try disabling one third party plugin at a time to find out the conflicting plugin. Or maybe something went wrong with your shortcode, you can use the above as an example.
If the above does not work for you, Please post your website url to the page where you are having issue. We will look at it in our browser error console and see if we can find any clue.
Thanks!
Hi,
Yes, Redux Framework is a required plugin. It’s the framework that runs the Evolve Plus Theme Options. Nothing to do with post editor.
Please kindly post your Evolve Theme question in the Evolve Theme Forum. https://theme4press.com/support/forum/evolve/
Thanks!
Hi,
The following are steps to help you work better with Evolve Plus Theme.
1) First of all, update your Evolve Plus to version 2.0.1, this version has the fix to front page content boxes bug.
2) Install a localhost version on your computer and import demo content, use this demo content as a guide for creating your online website.
3) Clear your cache plugin’s cache if you have installed a cache plugin. Disable all third party plugin. Because incompatible plugin can cause conflict. We do not provide support for third party plugin compatibility fix.
4) Setup your site using Evolve Plus Theme and it’s required or recommended plugins only. Create your website. After you have confirmed that you have achieved your design, then you try whatever third party plugin you like to add. This way, if there is any issue, you can be 90% sure that it is a theme issue.
5) Please post your question in the correct forum, https://theme4press.com/support/topic/post-editor-disappears-after-demo-import/ is in the wrong forum.
Can be confusing, if moderators missed that and gave you a solution for Alora Theme.
6) Please post url to your webpage that has any issue, this will help us understand it better.
I would like to highlight that layerslider widget is working properly.
Please see screenshot. http://prntscr.com/81ekev
Therefore, it’s likely to be a plugin conflict or a cache issue, or setup issue.
Please try again.
Thanks!
Hi,
Please try the following in your Theme Options -> Custom CSS
.entry-content {
position: relative;
top: -30px;
}
For example, increasing the -30px to – 33px will move the content closer to your menu.
Thanks!
Denzel
Hi,
I am afraid it works like this, all “related” categories are used as filter.
If a post is tagged under more than one category, all the categories will appear as the filter.
Our demo page does not use parent category for portfolio.
Thanks!
Hi,
You need to do those steps that I mentioned before activating new theme.
If you were using the Evolve Free Theme, changing sidebar layout in Theme Options can cause your widgets to disappear.
Disappeared widgets cannot be retrieved.
Thanks!
Hi,
The updated Evolve Plus 2.0.1 is out for download now.
Thanks!
