    Please check with your web hosting company, whether they are blocking outgoing connections to remote servers.

    You can also ask them to increase your server timeout and see if it helps.

    Hi,

    Please use the following in your Theme Options -> Custom CSS
    This will set your site title to bold.

    #logo a {
    font-weight: bold !important;
    }

    Please let me know, if there is any other changes that your require.

    Sorry, I do not understand your issue.
    I don’t understand what you mean by cannot be archived or can’t save.

    Are you referring to Theme Options not saving?
    Please explain your issue in more details.

    Please re-download your theme from your account and re-install your theme.
    Update your WordPress to 4.5.1 and reduxframework plugin to 3.6.0.2
    This should fix any issue with Theme Options not saving.

    Please re-download the theme from your account and re-install.
    Update your WordPress and Reduxframework plugin to the latest available version.

    Use Appearance -> Theme Options to set your bootstrap slider.
