The problem is, that we are not able to recreate any problems on WordPress 5.6. The working assumption is that something else is causing the conflict. Can somebody give feedback on this? If deactivation of some plugin solved the problem? Or let us see the error while it is still happening? Thanks.
Most importantly, it works now. Happy to hear that, have a nice weekend!
Hi Randy, if the plugin disabling won’t work, please send me access – we will take a look.
Hello. Thank you. I must say, that you are the only one reporting problems and most likely, that they aren’t related to our theme because after all the checks the theme is working flawlessly with WordPress 5.6. Please try the following: 1. Clear your cache (CTRL+F5 on Windows or CMD+SHIFT+R on a Mac) and if this doesn’t work then 2. Deactivate all your plugins and if the website functions normally, then start activating them one by one until you see the symptoms again. Then you will know what’s causing the problem. Do let me know if it works and if it doesn’t, please send access to your admin and FTP in a private message. Thanks.
Hi. That’s a very strange conflict indeed. Please add the following code to Additional CSS to resolve it:
.custom-header {
height: auto;
}
Hi. Sorry, somehow your message slipped through the hands of our support. Can you please explain a bit more what you mean? Maybe a screenshot? Thanks.
Learning from experience is important. That’s what my experience says )) Have a good evening!
Not sure. Maybe the cache was really dirty?)) Anyway, it was probably the first time you’ve used CTRL+F5 and not just F5, which is just a simple refresh. If not, then I’m not sure what the explanation can be./
My point exactly. Please clean YOUR CACHE. Thank you.
