    Corrected. It was, actually, a problem on our side. It was corrected in your installation and in the next update, we will push it to everybody.

    Hi, your issues are related to the fact that you are using a very outdated version of our theme. You’re using 2.8.3 when it is 2.9.9.9 out there. Your version isn’t compatible and isn’t safe to use. You should upgrade as soon as possible. Please take into consideration that the theme changed completely since then, including under the hood. After updating you should anticipate that some rebuilding will be due. Please make sure you update regularly in the future.

    More information would be useful. I do not understand what do you mean. So, although it sounds like a case for the plugin’s support, I am happy to help. I need the name of the plugin, what exactly you are trying to do (with screenshots), and access to your website to investigate. thanks.
