Hello. If you’ve read the post about Evolve Plus and WP 5.5, then surely you noticed that Redux isn’t needed for Evolve Plus. Not since after the 2.8.3 version. So why would you update it? And please elaborate on the difficulties with updating the theme. You deactivate the old version and delete it, then upload the new one and activate it. Add the required plugins and rebuild whatever wasn’t recreated correctly (there will be issues in this regard, your Evolve Plus version is way too old, we advise to keep it updated at all times). Do not forget to deactivate and delete t4p-core plugin, or there will be conflicts.
As for the button functionality – what button functionality you are referring to? We have everything listed here: https://theme4press.com/component-shortcodes/ Nothing else for now, we will be adding functions in the future.
Do let me know if you still have difficulties.

We need to have the FTP access I’ve mentioned earlier. Please send it over, that’s the safest and most convenient way to examine the code.

No doubt, our theme is very capable. And what your inquiring about is very basic. Please share access to your admin area and FTP in a private message. We will find the problem.

One of the plugins you’re using is filtering the classes and IDs in our code. That’s why the second level menu is always shown. You should deactivate all of your plugins (except for ours, they are obviously safe) and see if it helped. Then start activating them one by one and checking if the menu is still intact. Once the problem reappears, you will know which plugin is causing it.

You could do that, as well. But this structure (in my opinion) doesn’t make a lot if sense, so I didn’t suggest it )) But it is subjective, of course. I should have suggested it myself, sorry. Happy it was resolved.

Hi Marco, yes – will be patched soon. Takes a bit longer because we are polishing other issues as well. Hope to roll it out within the next couple of days.

Hi. It would be helpful to see the screenshot or better yet, the website itself. There is no option to attach an image, you can upload it somewhere and paste a link to it here. Or just paste a link to the website, which would be better.
