    Can you please send access to wp-admin as well? The credentials from two weeks ago don’t work.

    My guess is that there is a conflict with one of your plugins, which might not be compatible with the new WordPress version. Happens a lot lately. Try deactivating them all and see if the problem persists. If it does, send me access to your admin area and FTP in a private message, please. Thanks!

    Might be, we’ve had some complaints that the child theme can cause a problem with WordPress 5.5 and we are looking into it. Try switching to the main theme (just remember that Customizer needs to be reset)
