Yes, but that still doesn’t mean that speaking Elementor’s support would be illogical. You can theoretically find numerous other themes that generate precisely the same conflict as with Evolve, so it doesn’t mean anything. Usually, plugins solve conflicts with themes, not the other way around. They can also pinpoint the issue much easier and faster because they are used to the process. Anyway, if you wish to disable everything related to sliders in Evolve Plus, you go to Customize and make sure that Bootstrap Slider, Parallax Slider, and Posts Slider are deactivated. Theme4press slider should not have any slides as well. We can also take a look, but for this, we would require access to your admin area and FTP.
Hi. Hard to give an answer just like that ) It sounds like a question to Elementor support, because this is clearly not our functionality that doesn’t function correctly here. Did you try that?
Hi. Sorry, no other ideas. The configuration you are describing shouldn’t cause any trouble. Did you check the console for errors? When you experience them? Normally, you should see in the console where the error is.
I do not know how to refresh them, that’s a question to Godaddy’s support )) Anyway, I need the wp-admin access as well.
And BTW, did you refresh the files hosted on Godaddy’s CDN?
Please send admin and FTP access in a private message.
Hi. It is hard for me to diagnose what is going on – what I do know is Evolve Plus 2.9.9.8 and Component Shortcodes 1.0.2 make everything alright and break nothing. t4p-core needs to be deleted. Tne After Break image really does look like another theme altogether, maybe a fallback theme is activated once there is a problem with the main one. In any case, I’ve also noticed that the theme folder you have on your website is evolveplus, when it should be evolve-plus. So this is some kind of customization done to the theme which makes it problematic to give support to, too many things would break without a correct upgrade. And there’s the CDN being used… Possibly, one of your plugins causes a problem, check their compatibility as well. After updating, turn them all off and then one by one until the problem reappears. We only support Evolve Plus and/or Child theme installations, but this is something totally different. Do let me know if there’s something I can help with.
Great! Happy to assist.
