Did you disable Parallax slider everywhere? We need to see the problem, in order to give it a solution.
Hi. So, something on your website makes the JS at some point and just once makes the height of the slider 1px only. Might be a clash with some plugin or something like that. In any case, please add the following to your “Additional CSS”:
.carousel-inner {
height: 366px !important;
}
And we will, in the meanwhile, make some adjustments that will make sure that a clash like this doesn’t happen anywhere in the future.
Thank you for the credentials. As I thought, there is a problem with one of the plugins. You see, embedding Youtube videos is a core WordPress functionality, has nothing to do with themes. But your Cookiebot plugin blocks the video – once you deactivate it, videos can be seen on the page. So this is where the answer lies – either find another GDPR solution or try to tweak it or talk to their support. Sorry I couldn’t be more helpful.
