What's the difference between the Support and Premium access account?

The support access membership is for users who don't wish to download our premium themes but only solve their issues with our free themes. The premium access gives members the ability to download our premium themes unlimited as long as they are subscribed.

How does the payment process work and when can I start to download the themes?

The process is very simple and quick. After succesful subscription through PayPal you will receive a link to the registration page, where you will create an account. Once you create your account, you can login and start to download our themes.

I have paid for the membership but never received the registration link. What should I do now?

Please be sure to check your spam folder as some email providers may mark emails as a junk. If you still don't receive the link please contact us immediatelly.

Will I be able to use downloaded themes after my subscription expires/is cancelled?

Sure, you may use them, but you won't be able to download theme updates, new theme releases and have a support access.

Am I allowed to use your themes on unlimited number of domains?

Yes, you are.

Do you support customizations/modifications of your themes?

No, we don't. Basically in our support forum we don't support any theme customizations/modifications but you may require a customization/modification for a fee. Contact us to get a quote.
