    The actual pronblem im detail: when editing posts or blogs by pressing “edit”, a blank editing screen appears. Sometimes it works, but most of the time there is a blank screen or some error. Fortunately, the live runtime view works … but I already have had some really hard and teadious times, because I reset and started some sites from scratch.

    Hi, interesting. In Chrome my problem persists, but I just used Firefox, there everything worked fine. Do you know of any browser issues, esp. if the computer is more than 5 years old? I think, that’s the solution! Thx

    Hi, I am using WordPress 5.3.2 and evolve 2.9.9.3, already using the API key as updating mechanism. And I have several other WordPress instances without the problem.

    Thanks, just copying over the old files worked. You can close the ticket.

    Again my question: how do I update manually without changing themes? Is it possible to simply copy new files over exciting ones in the plugins folder?
