So obviously there are ways to contact, apart from the support forum, there is a contact form. According to terms, refunds are only available if there is a technical problem with the theme (https://theme4press.com/terms-conditions/), so in this case, no refund is due. So please, do let us know what can we help you with. Emails ARE being sent upon purchase, maybe yours landed in your spam folder. And if you require an invoice, you can always send an email to [email protected] with the name and address of the company we should make an invoice to, and we will gladly issue an invoice.
Hi. I would say, that Posts are part of WordPress, not Evolve+ ) Anyway, what you are looking for sounds like a job for a developer. This forum is intended for support questions, only when there is a problem with the theme. Chances are that you will not be able to get your answers here, unfortunately. But I will let your post hang in here for a couple of days, maybe someone will have something meaningful to add.
I think that there is some kind of misunderstanding. I know what our demos are, you just need to go to Appearance->Demo Awesome and install whatever you like. This “also called revslider-demos” I do not understand and what help you need with it?

Hi. It sounds like you are trying to upload the plugins in theme upload and the theme where the plugins should be uploaded. Try to reverse it ) If not, then there is some kind of problem with your file permissions, which is a hosting issue. If what I’ve written doesn’t help, please send me access to your WordPress installation and FTP, all in a private message in this thread. Thanks!
