Hi. The text is in 404.php file, which you can find in the theme installation directory /wp-content/themes/evolve-plus/404.php
You cannot activate the plugins, because you didn’t purchase them from the creator – they are bundled with our theme. It means that you get the full version by purchasing our theme, but for updates, you come to us. I hope that is clear now, if not – I’ll be happy to clear things out more.
As for the videos – what are the problems exactly?

Hi. Please update manually – we’ve moved to a new updates server, and there are some problems with those who didn’t update the theme regularly. Just download the newest version, upload it into your “themes” folder and unzip. Do no forget to back everything up before you do that, so if something goes wrong – you can roll back.
