    do you have a backup of your database? I mean the database you’ve had before you tried to update the theme.

    Hi. I’m not sure how you tried to update, but I suspect that you tried to overwrite the old theme files with FTP. Since you are using a very old and outdated theme, this doesn’t work. The correct way to update is as follows: you remove (or at least rename) the folder with the old version, and then upload and activate the new version. We have a mechanism that transfers all Redux settings to Kirki settings during activation. Any other way won’t work, and this is what you have seen for yourself. We are looking into the current state of your theme and what went wrong in your attempt to roll back. How did you do it? The rollback?

    I’m gonna have to ask you a few questions.
    1. WordPress version?
    2. Evolve+ version?
    3. PHP version?
    4. Are you using Gutenberg or Classic Editor?
    5. Component Shortcodes plugin version?

    In this case, it seems that for some reason the new theme is unable to transfer the settings of the older version. It might be that the old version you are using is way too old (and it is) and also it might be that not all the customization was done through settings, so it can’t be transferred. If the was I’m proposing doesn’t work, you will need help from a developer to transfer. I could try (and I’m prepared to) to try to see what can be done if you will send me the files and the database of your website, so I can recreate it on a local server and see what can be done. However, my guess is that is will not bring the desired result. But I’m ready to try and help anyway.
