Glad to hear, that updating was a good experience. API key makes it a whole lot easier. The Testimonial shortcode problem is probably some kind of compatibility issue with one of your plugins. This is usually what it is… You can even find out which one if you switch the plugins one by one and test the functionality of the shortcode.

We offered to assist you with the upgrade. But we need the files to test what we can do about it. As for the header issue – your header IS RESPONSIVE. But you are using a background image for the entire header, which has phone numbers and logo on it. If we make it shrink even more with CSS, it will become UNREADABLE. Are you sure you want to do that? You need help from developers, not our support – your theme works fine. But we are prepared to give you a CSS code to shrink it even further, but it will look BAD. I hope I managed to explain the matter properly. Do ask any additional questions, if you have any.
