Yes, it appears so. Because I receive a notification every time someone posts to the forum, so clearly it works. Since this is not a theme issue, I will delete this thread – it shouldn’t be here. As for your other thread – we will look into it again.
Yes, I see that you do not want to point fingers – but now there are tens of thousands of websites powered by Evolve Plus, and none of them has the problems you experience. So when we go and check the situation and we see that the required files aren’t being loaded because of errors – it is not a theme issue. I’m not saying that there isn’t a theme issue, things happen – but the hosting does have something to do with at least some of the problems. Browser – you can use any browser you like, it doesn’t matter. As for the PHP version – the theme should perform fine with 7.4. But the big question is – did it help? Switching to PHP 7.2?
Since I’m receiving the notifications, then the functionality is definitely fine. The only thing that comes to mind is that we are somehow filtered at your email provider as spam. You can change the email in your account to Gmail or something else you might have, it will solve the problem.
hello. Thank you for the credentials. It looks like there is a hosting problem https://prnt.sc/spbq7q , many of the files required just won’t load. Make sure that all the folders have 755 permissions, and the file 644. And that the files are in place, of course. If there is a problem still, you should talk to your hosting provider. We are here if you need anything.
Hi. As suspected, the general problem is not with the theme. It is with your hosting. My guess is that it is a firewall issue. Just let them know that you have a net::ERR_CONNECTION_CLOSED error everywhere. They should take care of it.
Oh, now I understand what you’ve meant. The thing is, that in our testing environment it works. “Save” as well, I mean. But we will look into it again. Thanks.
The easiest way is to do the following:
<a class="btn btn-sm" style="background: red;" href="#">Learn more</a>
Change “red” to whatever color you like. You can use hex numbers as well.
