    I understand. It would just be very helpful to recreate the issue, that’s the point. We will try to do that again today with the bootstrap slider. BTW, we’ve issued a new update right now, please try to install it and tell me if the problem persists.

    Sorry that you didn’t get the notifications – they sometimes do get lost in spam lately, we are looking into it. And yes, the process is to remove the old theme or to rename its folder, and then upload and activate the new one. I remind you again – do NOT forget to back up the old theme and the database, so you can roll back in case you need it.

    Hello. Yes, the other problems were solved – they were actually caused by a third party plugin creating the problem. We will issue a fix in the new version, scheduled to be released tomorrow. But if you are using the PageMenu plugin, you should choose something else.

    Sorry, I misled you by mistake. This is the way to upgrade from the free theme to the new one. Basically, when you are updating from an old theme to the new, you need to rename the old theme folder to something else, and simply enable the new one. Our upgrading function should be able to pick up all your Redux settings. But since it is a very old theme, please make sure you back everything up before you do this.

    You’ve paid, and you’re getting your support. Send us access details to your wp-admin in a private message please – we will take a look. But in general, there are many HTML/CSS problems on your mobile version, not just the background picture. We will see what we can do, but in general, the support for the older versions was dropped a while ago – you really need to upgrade. See the other answer, please.

    Hi. to update from an old version to a new one you just need to upload the new Evolve plus and simply switch to it (activate). Our scripts should be able to pick up your settings from the old theme and transfer them. However, given the fact that you are using a very old theme and overall as a good rule of thumb, DO NOT forget to back everything up, including your website and database. Is something goes wrong, you can always switch back.
