    Must say that wordpress.com is a relatively rare case in out support history. I’ve taken a look at your website and I would say that there is some kind of clash between one of your plugins and the theme. I would suggest you try to deactivate them one by one and check if the functionality of our theme is restored to what you need. You have a lot of plugins, some of the offer similar functionality to our theme and each other. Let’s try to eliminate this first.

    Hi. Generally, second button is not supported in the content box. But explain what do you mean by “pasting the code again”? What exactly did you do and where? We will try to help you figure it out.

    My guess would be that is is being caused by a clash with a plugin. But we need to take a look to try and figure it out. Any chance you provide us access in a private message? To the admin + FTP. Thanks.

    Hello,

    I just want to be sure that we are talking about the same thing. When you go back to the customizer, it should look like it was because you only saved a draft. But the problem is that it doesn’t show you that the draft is saved? Or when you publish, nothing happens? what exactly is the matter? Thanks.

    They are actually white by design. We will look into it in the next release. In the meanwhile, you can change the color of the background with the following:
    .comment.depth-1 {
    background: #2C302E;
    border:#2C302E;
    }

    The hex colors you can change to what you need.

    Hi. This is very strange. Is this a new installation? It looks like some kind of a wordpress bug. I see that now the website is working fine, do you still experience the problem?

    Access to admin area
