    How did you make the upgrade? The best way would be to upload through FTP, and then unzipping the archive. This way nothing will get lost. And always back up before updating, in any case.

    When you create it, go ahead and choose whatever setting you want. Pls. see the attached image. Check here

    It depends what you want to change. You cannot create your own color scheme, but you can change many elements of the website in the customizer. So explain exactly what you’re looking for, we will either point you in the right direction, or we will explain that it requires a customization with the assistance of a developer.

    Hi. No, you won’t lose them. Because we will update the plugins as well, this was a bug and it will be taken care of in the update.

    It sure does take a while, and I’m sorry for that. Can you check now, please? On our test site and on your webpage, using Safari we click on the preset schemes and they work. thanks
