    Hi. This is very strange. Is this a new installation? It looks like some kind of a wordpress bug. I see that now the website is working fine, do you still experience the problem?

    website URL
    Access to admin area

    Hi. It is not a problem to try and update everything (there are instructions in our documentation). There is a change that everything will go OK, but I would still look for a developer just to be on the safe side. You theme version is just too old, so there might be a problem with the transition.

    BTW, the creator of Slider Revolution updated the plugin several times in the past few days to address multiple bugs in version 6. We’ve just uploaded the latest version 6.0.4 – please go ahead and update, there is a good chance that the problem will be solved.

    Hi. This is not our product – we do not support it, it just comes bundled with the theme. However, you are welcome to share access to your admin area in a private message right here, we will see what we can do to help.

    Hi. You use it simply by using our theme menu functions. This is our own functionality for menus, you don’t have to turn it on. For a specific menu item see the enclosed snapshot. https://prnt.sc/oea8v7
